Hi, Heena I have 3 posts on the sturdy whipped cream frosting. Mascarpone cheese one is my favorite. You can find it on my blog or simply google stabilized or sturdy frosting by carve your craving. Did you look up on Amazon for a good non dairy whipping cream like rich or Troplite?

Sure noted. Somehow jaggery tends to solidify the cake more as it’s nature is to do that. May be date syrup or natural sweetener like apricots or bananas are ideal.

Thank you so very much for the wonderful eggless chocolate cup cake recipe. My children are allergic to eggs and I have made countless egg-free cupcakes and yours are truly the best. I’ve made two batches in the past two days along with your buttercream recipe and they are perfect!! So thrilled! I thank you for your step by step instructions. I have learned so many interesting and extremely helpful tips. Sifting the flour, sugar, cocoa, etc. So helpful!! I look forward to learning more from your blog!
