Possible substitutesSpinach - 12 oz spinach is approx 10-12 cups packed spinach leaves. I have used 1.5 bag of spinach. You can use 2 cups of frozen spinach instead. Just squeeze out as much water as you can.Jalapeno - You can skip it completely. Or swap it with dried red chili flakes. You can add one finely chopped fresh jalapeno too. Just de-seed to reduce the heat. Adjust the spice to your preference.Cheese - If you are in India, Amul cheese works great in place of Mozzarella. You can assemble this dip (Pre-baking) and refrigerate it up to 3 days in advance.
