Tropical orange colada smoothie bowl

A delicious healthy take on coladas. Have it for breakfast or as light snack . Vegan , gluten- free . Packed with all good for you stuff.

Ingredients

  • For smoothie base
  • ½ cup Simply Orange juice or more *
  • 2 frozen bananas cut into chunks *
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh cut pineapples
  • For topping *
  • Assorted Fresh Cut Fruits
  • Fistful of walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon unsweetened coconut powder/ flakes
  • Edible flowers

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender blend all ingredients called for the smoothie.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more Simply Orange juice if desired.
  • Divide in two bowls and top it with desired add ons .

Notes

Use frozen bananas for very thick smoothie or fresh ones for normal consistency.
Use fruit and nut toppings of your choice.
Use yogurt of your choice .
I have used Fresh Cut Fruits strawberries, pineapples and pomegranate found in Safeway .
