In a small bowl mix oil, garlic salt, smoked paprika .
Brush the pan with oil.
Cut the pita into equal triangles.
Brush the pita with prepared oil mix
Sprinkle sesame seeds and dried herbs.
Bake in a pre heated oven for 12-15 minutes
Take it out and let it cool down.
The pita chips get crispy once cooled .
Serve with dip of your choice.
Notes
If using thin pitas , do not slit it in half. You may use regular salt and skip garlic. Use herbs of your choice. If you notice that pitas aren't crunchy enough then place in the oven for 2-3 more minutes because every oven is different. You may do za'atar , black pepper or cayenne pepper instead of smoked paprika These chips stay well in an air tight container for 2 days.
