1 15ozcan black beans or 11/2 cup beans drained and washed
2sweet corns roasted and peeled
1teaspoondried
Juice of one big lemon – around 2 tablespoon
¼teaspoonpaprika *
Salt to taste
Couple of twists of black pepper
Instructions
Just mix everything in a big bowl.
Taste test and adjust seasoning or lemon juice.
Chill until serving.
Notes
Skip paprika if you don’t want to add spice . You may even add chopped green chilies if not making it for kids. You may add in freshly chopped cilantro . You may add beans of your choice like chickpea, canelli , black eye peas , rajma .
