Does it sound complicated, I promise it’s super easy and a large batch of roasted Brussels sprouts  comes together within 30 minutes with just 10 minute preparation time included. Rest just pop it in the oven and forget it for 20 minutes and toss them generously with the glaze.

Make sure to make a big batch as these tiny tangy sprouts will be gobbled up in a flash.

This side dish is vegan and gluten free too.

There are so many ways and combinations to enjoy Brussels sprouts out of which the one I am sharing today with you is my favorite one.

I did not know about Brussels sprouts until I moved to the US . The very 1 st time we had it at a restaurant and now hooked on it forever.

Seriously who doesn’t like healthy plus yummy side dishes.

Don’t underestimate these mini cabbages. Brussel sprouts are packed with Vitamin K , C , magnesium , Vitamin B , protein , fiber and so much more.

Did you know a cup of Brussels sprouts have about 4 grams of protein and fibre , and it is less than 60 calories.

You can either roast the sprouts in the oven or pan fry them, either ways they turn out to be delicious .

Do not over cook Brussels sprouts as they will smell and taste awful .

Cleaning brussels sprouts is very easy. As they are compact mini cabbages , dirt doesn’t get into them easily . Do not soak them in water . Just rinse them in a colander and dry them with a kitchen towel . Cut off the bottom ends , pull out the outer leaf layer and slice in half or quarters lengthwise or as you prefer.

Not in a mood to roast them in the oven then you can even pan fry them in a heavy bottom pan. Either ways this side dish tastes super delicious.
