Good morning lovelies! How is the New Year coming along? Do you have any New Year resolutions? I am sure one of them is making smart food choices. On this note I am sharing one of my favorite breakfast recipe . Start your Year refreshed with this super simple and decadent Tropical Orange Colada smoothie bowl which requires only 2 minutes and 4 ingredients.
It is dairy – free , vegan and gluten-free. Loaded with creamy dreamy citrus goodness , Vitamin C and fiber this Orange Colada smoothie bowl is sure to transport you to the tropics even in this cold gloomy winter.
Trust me guys I am so done with this cold weather and can’t wait for spring. In the meantime I am just pretending it to be spring and enjoying every spoon of this decadent bowl.
During winters I struggle every morning to get out of the bed. I just want to snuggle in my blanket and go back to sleep. And making breakfast really becomes a drag. I really love how smoothie bowls come together in minutes especially this one. This Tropical Orange Colada smoothie bowl literally comes together in two minutes .
All I do is add my favorite Simply Orange juice , coconut yogurt , frozen bananas and fresh pineapple chunks in a high speed blender and viola I have a delicious smoothie in a minute.
All thanks to Simply Orange juice I get my daily dose of Vitamin C & fiber effortlessly . As the name goes it’s Simply Orange juice. 100 % pure orange juice which is not from concentrate. I love the high pulp one as it is complete with juicy bits of real orange.
Cutting a pineapple or pomegranate is so time consuming . I love them but the process is such a pain. I have used Fresh Cut Fruits found in my local Safeway . This makes the smoothie so simple to whip up in a flash .
Then I top it with more fresh fruits , some unsweetened coconut powder, nuts & dress up with some flowers for a pretty looking tropical bowl.
While shopping my pantry essentials at Safeway I stocked up on Simply Orange juice .You will find it in the juice refrigerator section with a cling .I even picked up Fresh Cut Fruit bowl to make my life easier , Tropical mango POWERADE and fruit punch vitaminwater .
Right now you can take advantage of this great deal running at Safeway–
