How do you thicken the filling? I mixed it too much and now it’s too soupy. Help.
It shouldn’t be soupy. Add more shredded veggies. Did you melt the cream cheese by any chance?
For those of us new to cooking vegan, please suggest brands of “cream cheese”, “sour cream”, etc.
Violife, folow your heart and kite hill are some of the brands I like.
Haven’t tried it yet but plan to take to an animal rescue org. party where at least 3/4 of us eat plant based. I make a mean pesto and plan to make some with it.

Awesome Sharon!!Dip sounds yum.
I plan to make this for my son’s birthday party and I had a question. We are having it I. A park so we will carrying food with us in the morning. It might be three to four hours out of the fridge. Will it still be ok by lunch time or will it start melting.
Yes you can . Just place the rolls in airtight container in a cool place like a shade. If the temperature is above 30 degrees and hot and sunny the rolls will soften after 3-4 hours.
